Philosphy
We believe that the Olympic values can nurture the spirit of brotherhood, peace, and tolerance in children/youth by blending sports with culture and education. Our programs are tailored to deliver these life values in children/youth and encourage them to participate in sports. Our approach is to incorporate three core domains of learning through sports.

Leadership Team
Sudhanshu Fadnis
Founder & Director
An engineer from MS University (Baroda) and a management post-graduate from NITIE (National Institute of Industrial Engineering, Mumbai), Sudhanshu has been sports advisor to many state governments, Sports Authority of India and on the CII National Sports Committee.
Prior to Sportseed, Sudhanshu worked for over a decade in consulting with KPMG and E&Y in senior positions.
He has been a National Level Badminton player and the University Captain and continues to pursue sport as an amateur runner, cyclist and badminton player.
Upendra Fadnis
Co – Founder & Director
Double post graduate in Management and Commerce from LBSIM and MS University Baroda, Upendra has been leading new business initiatives at Sportseed.
He was the national trade marketing head in Godrej’s consumer durables business and has spent over 20 years in the industry with corporates like Electrolux and Shell in various sales and marketing roles.
He is a Masters World Championships Bronze Medalist and former Junior National Champion in Badminton.
Advisory Board
A K Bansal
Bansal is a Dronacharya Awardee for Hockey and has served Indian hockey for over 40 years. During this period he has held several positions from being National Coach of the Indian team to the Chief Coach for Hockey India League (HIL) team Delhi Waverider. He has been instrumental in producing many top Indian hockey players including the Hockey India President, Dileep Tirkey.
K Narayan
Narayan worked for over 25 years as a civil servant with Railways, Concor and National Backward Class Finance Development Corporation (NBCFDC). As Managing Director of NBCFDC he has also supported Sports For Development (S4D) interventions for children from vulnerable sections of society, amongst many other things. Social servant at heart, he continues to provide his services to NGOs as Chairman of Mahavir International and Trustee of Godhuli. He is a passionate amateur sportsperson and likes playing badminton and marathons.
Ajay Kanwar
Ajay is the founder of United Shuttlers Badminton Academy (USBA) and has been coaching young talent for over 10 years. His wards have won a total of 119 state titles and have even gone on to represent India at Junior levels. He has led the Thomas cup team for India and represented India at the World, Asian Badminton and All England Championships. He has been coach of Indian National Team and Chief Coach for Delhi Smashers team in Premier Badminton League.
He has over 25 years of corporate experience in sports administration and management with Oil India Limited.
Kavita Fadnis
Kavita is a double Post Graduate in Human Resource Management (IMDR, Pune) and in Science (MS University, Baroda). She has been an avid field hockey player in the past.
Currently with IPE Global as Vice President Human Resources, she has worked as as Head – Human Resources (HR) with IL&FS – Infrastructure Development Corporation (IL&FS-IDC). Her past assignments include senior HR positions with Tata Motors and Ebony Retail. She has rich experience in areas like Organization Design, Trainings, and Recruitment for more than 15 years.
