Baan Bapat

Baan is a Post Graduate in Statistics from the prestigious Indian Statistical Institute (ISI) Kolkata. As an amateur endurance athlete, he loves nature’s challenges has to his credit the difficult 800 feet rock wall climb of the famous Duke's Nose near Pune in the Sahyadri mountain ranges. He is an ultra-marathon runner & an endurance cyclist whose cycle regularly takes him to rough lands, dam backwaters and well paved highways, occasionally covering 200 km per day. Baan has led a few hundred camps and treks in which he has guided and trained children and adults in trekking, survival skills and rock-climbing.
As a Business Analyst and Statistician, he has over 20 years of experience working with top organizations like Accenture, IBM and many others across sectors ranging from manufacturing, publishing, media, telecom, and IT services.
