Kavita Fadnis

Kavita is a double Post Graduate in Human Resource Management (IMDR, Pune) and in Science (MS University, Baroda). She has been an avid field hockey player in the past.
Prior to Sportseed, Kavita was working as Head - Human Resources (HR) with IL&FS – Infrastructure Development Corporation (IL&FS-IDC). Her past assignments include senior HR positions with Tata Motors and Ebony Retail. She has rich experience in areas like Organization Design, Trainings, and Recruitment for more than 15 years.
